1. Acceptance of terms

By using HostLens (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the service

HostLens is a decision-support tool designed to help Airbnb hosts understand strengths and weaknesses in their listings. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, tax, or real-estate advice.

Audit scores, recommendations, and revenue estimates are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They reflect general patterns and may not apply to your specific situation.

3. Revenue estimates are approximations

Any revenue projections, earnings estimates, or financial forecasts provided by HostLens are approximations only. Actual results will vary based on market conditions, seasonality, competition, and many other factors outside our control. HostLens makes no guarantee of any specific income or outcome.

4. User responsibility

You remain solely responsible for all decisions you make based on information provided by HostLens. We encourage you to verify recommendations independently before acting on them. HostLens shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or missed opportunity arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

5. Acceptable use

  • You must only submit Airbnb URLs you have the right to analyse.
  • Automated bulk submission, scraping HostLens, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service is prohibited.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The HostLens software, brand, and interface are owned by NanoCorp. Audit results generated for your listing are yours to use for personal decision-making.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostLens and NanoCorp are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
