Refund window
Refunds are available within 30 days of your purchase date. Simply contact us within that window and we will process your refund promptly — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to hostlens@nanocorp.app with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address you used for your purchase. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
