1. Who we are

HostLens is a decision-support tool for Airbnb hosts, operated by NanoCorp. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the GDPR and applicable privacy laws.

2. Data we collect

  • Airbnb listing URL — the URL you submit for analysis.
  • Audit results — the AI-generated scores, recommendations, and insights produced from your listing.
  • Email address (optional) — only collected if you choose to receive your audit report by email. Used solely to deliver the report.

We do not collect your name, payment card details, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

3. How we use your data

  • To generate and display your Airbnb listing audit.
  • To send you your audit report by email, if you requested it.
  • To improve our analysis models (aggregated, anonymised statistics only).

Your email address is used only to deliver your report. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not share your email with third parties.

4. Data retention

Audit data (URL + results) is stored for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. Email addresses are deleted along with the associated audit record.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Erasure — request that we delete your data at any time (right to be forgotten).
  • Rectification — request corrections to inaccurate data.
  • Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal analytics beacon to count page views. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies. No cross-site tracking is performed.

7. Third-party services

  • Stripe— payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data.
  • Anthropic Claude — AI analysis of listing data. Requests are not used to train their models under our enterprise agreement.
  • Vercel — hosting provider. Server logs may contain IP addresses for security purposes.
